Kathleen “Kat” DeGroat
Kat is the go-to resource for individualized personal training. She has energy, expertise, and passion for those in chronic pain, the budding high school athlete, the first time marathoner or triathlete AND those aspiring to “age active”.  Kat’s background in personal training emerged from her own health goals, seeing her through multiple marathons and half-marathons – often leading to age group victories and even overall female victories!
Tricia McMahon
Tricia is truly a radiant jewel. She is a warm and welcoming presence, sensitive to the needs of the body and the soul. She is an educator, motivator, friend, and mentor. NWRA is proud to host the many talents of Tricia McMahon in our current offerings of Tai Chi, and the Parkinson’s Disease Agility class. Watch for more of Tricia – the secret is getting out (overt reference to her PD class) “BIG TIME”!
