Kathleen “Kat” DeGroat
Kat is the go-to resource for individualized personal training. She has energy, expertise, and passion for those in chronic pain, the budding high school athlete, the first time marathoner or triathlete AND those aspiring to “age active”. Kat’s background in personal training emerged from her own health goals, seeing her through multiple marathons, half-marathons, and even 1/2 ironman triathlons (70.3 miles) – often leading to age group victories and even overall female victories!
