Become a Certified Geriatric Wellness Instructor

Course Description: Open to licensed professionals of all disciplines and caregivers for persons with cognitive impairment. In addition, the course is ideal for those who work in assisted living, skilled nursing or home health care settings.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be given the opportunity to take an examination to become a Certified Geriatric Wellness Center provider.

Certification will include all current materials for the GWC – including the necessary templates to develop your own GWC, as well as access to the GWC website for updates as long as they remain certified providers.
